What is the site in Kırklareli used for?

Our site in central Kırklareli is a sand quarry; it is the raw material source of our production. After classification with a hydrosizer, the material goes through washing, drying and screening at our Ergene and Çatalca plants.

Do you extract the raw material yourselves?

Yes. We extract the silica sand raw material from our own site. Because the process from quarry to finished product is in our hands, we can directly control batch consistency and conformity to the technical specification.

Is the material sold straight from the quarry?

No. Raw material is not offered for sale before washing, drying and screening. Every batch undergoes sieve analysis, moisture measurement and chemical analysis before shipment.

Which products can be delivered to Kırklareli?

From Quarry to Plant: How It Is Processed

Material leaving the quarry is not sold directly. The process runs as follows:

Washing: clay, dust and foreign matter are removed.
Drying: fluid-bed drying brings moisture down to the level the application requires.
Screening and fractioning: separation according to the requested fraction (micron ranges, mm fractions, AFS values).
Quality control: batch-level verification through sieve analysis, moisture measurement and chemical analysis.

Keeping the whole chain from quarry to finished product in-house is decisive for batch consistency: the same fraction behaving the same way across different shipments is a critical requirement for buyers running serial production.
