Micronized Quartz Product Description
Micronized quartz is a powder-form product obtained by finely grinding high-purity quartz. During production, particle size and granulometry are kept under control to achieve a homogeneous structure. Production in different micron ranges can be carried out on request.
It is used as a raw material or filler in industrial fields such as paint, resin, ceramics, plastic filler, adhesives and coatings. Thanks to its low moisture content and controlled micron size ranges, it provides homogeneous dispersion in product formulations and improves the surface quality of the end product.
At Seyman Maden, we produce our quartz products from the raw material we extract from our own quarry. Through washing, grinding, drying and classification steps in the production process, we obtain high-purity micronized quartz powder. Every batch is subjected to laboratory analysis to confirm its conformity with quality standards.
